Tantra is the complete yoga practice. It is a lifestyle practice that always includes all of the entire human being and never excludes any aspect of being human. Sexual-Creative energies are a significant part of this and should be handled appropriately. What's greater however is the holistic healing, maturation and enlightenment of the whole person and how sexual/creative energies influence that process.
