I have a BA in Psychology/Pre-med. And some graduate work both at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

I am a certified Yoga teacher influenced by the Anusara and Kundalini styles. I have studied Tantra for 10 years, influenced by such teachers as Margot

Anand, David Deida, Sofia Diaz and Daniel Odier. I have studied integral philosophy, coaching and Integral life-style for 6 years, influenced by Ken Wilber and his associates. Most importantly, I practice Tanta and Integral life style, which includes refining my body, mind, spirit and emotions in order to become as evolved as I can be in this lifetime and share the fruits of such practice with my clients and everyone that I come in contact with.

Interests:

Things I like to do: Hiking /running in the fragrant woods. Feeling the connection of dancing the Argentine Tango. Music moving through my body in many dance forms. Feeling the freedom of my body after practicing yoga. Feeling the aliveness of my muscles after lifting weights. Meditating until I am beyond mind chatter. Tasting interesting and healthy foods with friends. Watching foreign films. Traveling to different lands. Feeling the vibration of my violin as it sings to me. Walking barefoot in warm sand. Making angels in snow (with visions of hot chocolate and fireplaces dancing in my head). Having deep conversations about science, and religion and the lives of interesting people. Creating inspiring collage images. Laughing, laughing, laughing, smiling, smiling, smiling, watching unique musical geniuses perform ... taking long fragrant baths .....
